Kathryn Malcolm is the Associate Director in Global Engineering at AstraZeneca, where they currently manage the Hydrogenation & Continuous Processing Project in Dublin. With a strong background in engineering, Kathryn has previously worked as a Project Engineer and Associate Project Manager, contributing to multiple global capital projects. Kathryn has been recognized as a WE50 2025 Award Winner and received the ISPE Emerging Leader Award in 2023. As the Chair of the WISE Young Professionals Board, they have successfully developed strategies to promote diversity in STEM fields. Kathryn holds a BSc and an MSc in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
