Melissa Duprez

Melissa Duprez is currently the Sr Director of Operations, Formulation at AstraZeneca, where they oversee operations to manufacture life-changing medicines while emphasizing safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Melissa held various leadership positions at AstraZeneca and Orbital ATK, where they successfully managed safety and quality initiatives, engaged in Lean implementation, and improved operational efficiencies. They began their career as a Process Engineer at FMC BioPolymer and have since accumulated extensive experience in engineering and operations management, marked by a commitment to proactive problem-solving and team development. Melissa earned a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Delaware.
