Natalie Fishburn

Natalie Fishburn is a seasoned professional in clinical operations, with a career spanning over two decades in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Clinical Operations for BioPharmaceuticals R&D at AstraZeneca since January 2013, Fishburn leads global clinical operations encompassing program and study management, site management, and various expert functions vital to research and development. Previous roles at AstraZeneca include Global Head of Clinical Data & Insights and Global Lead for an R&D Transition Project Management Office. Fishburn has also held significant positions at Pfizer and Merck, contributing extensively to clinical operations and research management. Fishburn holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Anatomy and Neurophysiology from UNSW.
