Natalie Monks

Natalie Monks is currently the Associate Director for Continuous Processing in Chemical Development at AstraZeneca, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, Natalie served as a Postdoctoral Researcher and has held various positions at AstraZeneca, including Business Process Owner and Senior Scientist. They began their career as a Chemist at Redx Pharma from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on synthetic organic chemistry and line management. Natalie earned their Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from both the Université de Montréal and the University of Strathclyde, following their Master’s degree with first-class honors in Chemistry from the University of Sheffield.
