Paul Gibson

Paul Gibson is enjoying an early retirement after a distinguished 33-year career in the Life Sciences industry. They held key positions at GlaxoSmithKline, where they shaped IT strategy and delivered services across global pharmaceutical development. At AstraZeneca, Paul led IT transformation initiatives, enhancing operations across the manufacturing and supply chain network. They began their career as a Senior Business Analyst at Zeneca Pharmaceuticals and further advanced their expertise with roles at Cap Gemini and Cognizant, where they managed large-scale client relationships and consulting services. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Management Science from Swansea University.
