Sarah Jones is currently the Director of Operations Quality, Learning and Development at AstraZeneca, where they lead initiatives to transform learning within the organization. With a strong background in Learning Services and Operations Management, Sarah has previously held various roles, including Supervisor and Senior Manager for Learning Services at Biogen. They began their career managing teams to ensure regulatory compliance before pivoting to Learning and Development, starting as a Learning Management System Administrator. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is committed to continuous professional growth and development.
