Sean Martin has extensive experience in operational excellence and business improvement, having held leadership positions at several prominent organizations. At ICTS UK & IRELAND, Sean served as Head of UK Operational Excellence and Head of Transformational Change from October 2017 to September 2018. Subsequent roles include Project Director and Associate Director of Business Improvement at AstraZeneca in October 2024, and various management positions at Tesco PLC from September 2012 to June 2014. Sean also contributed to Lean transformation at Nestlé from August 2019 to October 2022 and at Thomas Cook between June 2014 and November 2015. Earlier experience includes project and sales management at Boots in 2010. Sean holds a degree in Business Finance from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, graduated in 2008.
