Shyam Bechar

Shyam Bechar is a PMP and APM-certified project manager with extensive experience in delivering complex preclinical and early-stage oncology, biopharma, and neuroscience programs in global pharmaceutical organizations. Currently serving as a Drug Development Project Manager Director at AstraZeneca, Shyam leads strategy and execution for critical projects while also mentoring peers and driving tool adoption improvements. Shyam previously held roles at Takeda and Johnson & Johnson, focusing on neuroscience research and project management. Shyam earned a Master of Science in Neuroscience with First Class Honors from the University of Nottingham.
