Chris Sadler

Chris Sadler has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, currently serving as Resin Development Lead at Astrea Bioseparations since March 2006. In this role, Chris collaborates with Product and Project Management Leads to translate product concepts into market-ready solutions and supports the Product Delivery Road Map for New Product Initiatives. Previously, Chris held positions such as Chemistry Subject Matter Expert, Chemistry Manager, Research Scientist, and Research Assistant within the company, contributing significantly to ligand discovery, product development, and manufacturing process optimization for GMP-compliant chromatography media, particularly in the context of Cell and Gene Therapy applications. Chris began a professional career in finance as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Banner Business Supplies and holds an MChem degree in Chemistry from the University of East Anglia.
