Prior to this role, Nicol held various positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including Senior Director of Global Market Development and Associate Director of Global Market Development. Nicol's career also includes roles at Genetix Ltd, Hannah Cell Science, GlaxoSmithKline, and AstraZeneca. Nicol holds a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology from Newcastle University and has completed additional education in Digital Marketing and Marketing Strategy from the University of California, Irvine.
