Minh Phan

Minh Phan has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Deployment Engineer at Telecom 911, Inc., responsible for designing and implementing digital telecom systems. In 2001, they became a Telecom Manager at RS Investments, managing the company's end-to-end telecom infrastructure and conducting cost-benefit analysis for IT/Telecom projects. From 2007 to 2008, Minh worked as an Independent Consultant, establishing a network expense management team and serving as a consultant for Google. They joined Astreya in 2008 and held various roles, including Senior Analyst, Program Manager, Data Management/Analyst Manager, Business Intelligence Manager, and Business Operations Manager. In 2021, Minh became the Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Astreya.

Minh Phan attended the University of California, Berkeley School of Information in 2019, where they completed an Executive Data Science Program. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, Minh attended ITT Technical Institute and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering. In 2006 to 2007, Minh enrolled in the Chabot - Business Management Program, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Additionally, from 1995 to 1997, Minh attended Honolulu Community College, earning an Associate of Science degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology.
