Nav Makol is currently the Senior Vice President & General Manager Strategic Account Management at Astreya Partners, Inc.

Makol has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on the Banking & Capital Markets sector. Nav began their career at Ernst & Young, where they spent 9 years as a Senior Manager in the Risk Advisory Services practice. In this role, they advised clients on a variety of risk management issues, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.

In 2006, Makol joined EXL Service www.exlservice.com as a Client Executive/Principal in the Banking & Capital Markets sector. Nav spent 9 years with EXL, during which time they helped the company grow significantly. In 2015, Makol left EXL to join CrossCountry Consulting as a Partner. At CrossCountry, they led transformational consulting/advisory services covering data analytics, robotics/automation, process reengineering and Risk Management services.

In 2017, Makol joined DXC Technology (DXC: NYSE) as the Global Account General Manager for the Banking & Capital Markets sector. DXC Technology is the world's leading independent, end-to-end IT services company, serving nearly 6,000 private and public sector clients from a diverse array of industries across 70 countries. The company's technology independence, global talent and extensive partner network help clients harness the power of innovation to thrive on change and guide their digital transformation journeys.

In their current role at Astreya Partners, Inc., Makol is responsible for leading the strategic account management team. Nav is focused on helping clients navigate the ever-changing IT landscape and maximize the value they receive from Astreya's services.

Nav Makol has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BBA from Pepperdine University. Nav also has a certificate in Introducing AI to Your Organization from LinkedIn, as well as certificates in Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, both from LinkedIn. Nav is also a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute and has their FRM from GARP.

Nav Makol is the SVP & GM of Strategic Account Management at their company. Nav has a team of eight that includes the EVP of Digital & Engineering Services, the SVP of Global Operations, the SVP & GM of Software, the CRO, the CFO, the VP of Global Human Resources, and the SVP of Services Innovation.
