Noel Foley

Noel Foley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Currently, they are serving as the Service Delivery Director Network Operations at Meta (Facebook) with Astreya since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Xilinx for over a decade, holding various positions, including Director Technical Support Operations and Senior Customer Applications Engineering Manager. Before that, Noel was the Manufacturing Manager at Kingston Technology and also worked at Mitac International Corp. as a New Product Introduction Engineer, Field Service Engineer(IT), and Networking Engineer. Their roles have involved leading teams, implementing strategies, overseeing operations, and building successful customer relationships.

Noel Foley completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Ordinary) degree in Electronic Engineering at Munster Technological University from 1988 to 1991. Afterwards, they pursued a Honours Higher diploma (HDip) in Technology Management at University College Dublin from 2000 to 2001. Noel then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International executive business administration from University College Dublin, graduating in 2003. In addition to their formal education, Noel Foley obtained certifications such as ITIL Foundation Level in 2021 and Six Sigma Champion in 2012.
