Soon Lee

Soon Lee has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Soon started their career at Xilinx in 1998 as a System Administrator, responsible for managing IT infrastructure and coordinating with vendors. From 2002 to 2005, they were the EMEA IT Systems Manager, overseeing technical teams and optimizing the compute farm environment. In 2005, Lee became an IT Manager, providing leadership and technical expertise to the EMEA Technical Services team at Xilinx. In 2011, they joined Astreya as a Global Service Delivery Director, where they were accountable for project planning and delivery, client satisfaction, and managing stakeholder relationships. Soon also developed cost-effective solutions and implemented release management processes. In 2017, Soon Lee took on the role of Astreya - Global Service Delivery Director @Facebook, acting as a single point of contact for stakeholders and resolving operational issues.
