Matt Maderos

Matt Maderos is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Associate Director of IT at Astria Therapeutics, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Matt held various management positions including Service Desk Manager at Cambridge Savings Bank, where responsibilities included supporting over 500 staff and overseeing IT service operations for multiple branches. Matt's extensive background includes roles at Payscale and Payfactors, managing IT service desks for large teams and successfully executing several IT projects such as migrations and system rollouts. With a Master’s degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Bridgewater State University, Matt has demonstrated a strong ability to improve service metrics, manage IT assets, and enhance cross-departmental relationships throughout a diverse career.
