ASTRID
Celine Bucyana is an experienced engineer with a focus on radio design and performance optimization, currently serving as a Coverage and Performance Engineer at ASTRID since June 2021. Prior to this role, Celine held various positions at Ericsson, including Radio Design & Health Team Leader and Senior Radio Design Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed radio design, health impact studies, and network redesign for compliance with regulations. Celine also worked at AFD Belgium as a Design and Optimisation Engineer, and at Lorris Consulting and Mobistar in RF design roles, contributing to projects across multiple regions in Belgium, France, and Morocco. Celine holds a master's degree in management and an engineer's degree from Université Catholique de Louvain.

ASTRID is a specialised operator that provides the development, management and maintenance of a high technology mobile radio communications network for voice and data transmission. ASTRID is a federal and local council initiative. ASTRID's mission and its execution are in large part defined by a framework.
