El Mahtouchi Abdelouadif

El Mahtouchi Abdelouadif is a highly experienced professional in the telecommunications and engineering fields, currently serving as a Mobile Communications Coverage & Performance Engineer at ASTRID since April 2021, focusing on 4G and 5G technology studies, as well as TETRA network performance analysis. Prior to this, El Mahtouchi worked at Norkring België N.V. as an Application Engineer RF, where responsibilities included managing projects related to DAB head-end and fiber networks, alongside RF quality measurements. Earlier experience includes roles at Newtec as a Satellite Earth Systems Project Engineer involved in global satellite station integrations, and as a LabVIEW Software Engineer at ES International. Additional roles included telecom firmware engineering at Siemens and hardware design for space electronics at the Belgian Institute for Space Aeronomy, contributing to ESA projects. El Mahtouchi holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications from the University of Antwerp and furthered education at the University of Gent.
