Christine Hill

Christine Hill, MBA, MSHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and development across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management & Development at McKesson, Christine leads initiatives for both the Enterprise Technology function and the Medical-Surgical Business. Previously, as Director of Human Resources at EMCOR Group, Inc., Christine managed HR for multiple operating companies, focusing on labor relations and expertise in government contracts. Additional roles include Senior HR Leader at the Federal Reserve System and various HR leadership positions at GE and Honeywell. Christine holds a BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University, an MBA in Organizational Management from Averett University, and an MS in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University.
