Geoffrey M. Tidd

Geoffrey M. Tidd serves as a Senior Systems Security Engineer at Astrion since November 2021, where efforts have focused on enhancing security for over 25 MILSATCOM programs, including NC3 systems, through risk management and cyber capabilities. Since October 2023, Tidd has been an International Disaster Assistance and Response Team Member with Samaritan's Purse, specializing in ICT support in disaster-stricken areas. Tidd also serves as a Chaplain Candidate in the US Army Reserves, offering spiritual support and training. Previous experience includes a role as Information Systems Security Manager in the US Army from July 2010 to August 2021, overseeing a team to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. Tidd has multiple degrees, including a Master's degree in Cybersecurity Technology and currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Strategic Leadership, alongside a Master of Divinity.
