Joseph Libby

Joseph Libby is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in managing complex cloud migration projects, including significant roles at companies such as Astrion, Frontgrade Technologies, Air Force Cloud One, and Vana. Currently serving as Program Manager for Base Infrastructure Modernization at Astrion, Libby leverages expertise in source selection, FAR regulations, and engineering coordination. Education includes a degree in Project Management from Defense Acquisition University.
