Lisa Patterson

Lisa Patterson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Sr Technical Recruiter and Space Division Lead at Astrion, starting in December 2023, following a tenure at ERC from August 2019 to December 2023, where Lisa held the positions of Talent Acquisition Sr Recruiter and Recruitment Specialist. Earlier experience includes roles as Recruitment Specialist at Girl Scouts of Colorado from June 2016 to November 2017, Sr. Coordinator for Attorney Recruiting & Development at Paul Hastings from 2004 to 2007, and Attorney Recruiting Assistant at Jones Day from 2000 to 2004. Lisa Patterson earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Communications from Chapman University.
