Mark Haddorff is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience as a pilot and operations analyst. Currently serving as a pilot for American Airlines since October 2023, responsibilities include overseeing Airbus A319, A320, and A321 flight operations while ensuring passenger safety and comfort. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a First Officer at Southwest Airlines and SkyWest Airlines, conducting operations for Boeing 737 and Bombardier aircraft. Mark has a strong background in mission planning software testing, having held operations analyst positions at several organizations, including Bevilacqua Research Corporation and the United States Civil Service. A former Air Force pilot, Mark has held significant leadership roles, managing mission support for vast programs and coordinating operations with high-level military personnel. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a BA in Mathematics from San José State University.
