Previously at Oasis Systems LLC, Capogna held the same roles from February 2021 to November 2023. Capogna's expertise extends from a role as Senior Program Manager at Odyssey Systems, providing program management support to the F-15 Division, to extensive service with the United States Air Force, culminating as the Functional Manager for multiple engineering specialties. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with an Associate of Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
