Management and Strategy

The Management and Strategy team at Astrion is responsible for steering the company's strategic direction and operational excellence. This includes business development for key Army contracts, enhancing enterprise talent management and diversity initiatives, overseeing financial strategy, managing major contract strategies, facilitating technology transfer programs, leading project management in power automation, negotiating Navy contracts, managing training programs, leading proposal development, and executing capture strategies to secure new opportunities.
