Heather Adinolfi

Heather Adinolfi is an experienced professional in clinical and regulatory services, currently serving as the Director and Integrated Business Analysis Practice Lead at Astrix since December 2021. Prior to this, Heather held various senior consulting roles at ResultWorks, LLC, and previously contributed to Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Application Manager. With a solid foundation in molecular and cell biology, established through positions at Core Informatics and Bristol-Myers Squibb, Heather's early career includes significant research work at Yale University School of Medicine, the Olin Neuropsychiatry Research Center, and the University of Connecticut. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in Biology, Psychology, and Neuroscience.
