Jen Moyer

Jen Moyer currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Astrix since September 2023 and is an Advisory Board Member at Airvet and NEEDS – North East Emergency Distribution Services. As a Ministry Council Leader for St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, Jen leads initiatives focusing on social events, community life, spiritual growth, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Talent at Signant Health and YNV Group, and various Vice President positions at Kelly and Convergys, where Jen managed expansive talent acquisition efforts and strategic HR initiatives. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Management from Purdue University, with a minor in Sales Management and Organizational Leadership.
