Josh Hallman

Josh Hallman serves as the Director of Operations for the California Cleanroom at Astro Pak Corporation, responsible for the P&L and operational performance of a $10M+ AS9100 certified business unit catering to sectors such as Aerospace, Aviation, and Pharmaceuticals. With a comprehensive background, Josh has also held roles including Director of Sales Operations, Director of Compliance, and Field Quality Manager at Astro Pak, where responsibilities ranged from leading EHS initiatives to managing field quality systems and vendor contracts. Prior experience includes managing operations for SixLog and performing research at Massachusetts General Hospital. Josh holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Josh has experience as a self-employed musician in the Austin and Houston music scenes.
