DSP(RTD) Dr. Balasubramaniam Rajoo has extensive experience in security leadership, serving as Vice President and Head of Security at Astro and formerly as General Manager of Security at Digital Nasional Berhad. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President at Astro and Senior Police Officer with the Royal Malaysian Police. Dr. Balasubramaniam earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Criminology from Universiti Sains Malaysia, completing the degree in March 2022, and holds an International Certified Security Manager qualification from the International Professional Managers Association UK, attained in October 2021.
