Phil Brophy

Phil Brophy is an accomplished security executive with extensive experience in physical security and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Physical Security at Eastern Bank since December 2023, Brophy also operates as Principal at Strategic Security Solutions, LLC, providing regulatory and security expertise across various programs. Previous roles include Security Project Manager at Schneider Electric, where oversight of a multimillion-dollar service contract was maintained, and Head of Security Services for USA and Canada at Enel North America, where pandemic response solutions were developed. Brophy's career includes leadership positions at several notable companies, such as Mercury Systems, Elbit Systems of America, and BAE Systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Merrimack College and completion of the Wharton/ASIS Security Executive Leadership Program.
