Megan Crossman

Megan Crossman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Megan is currently working at Astrobotic as the Manager of the Program Office, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the Vice President of Operations at HELLBENDER Inc., from May 2022 to January 2023. Before that, they worked at JV Manufacturing Co., Inc. as the Production Manager & Capital Projects from March 2021 to May 2022. Megan also has a background in project management, having worked at Siemens as the Manager of Project Management from November 2018 to March 2021, and as an Industrial Project Manager from January 2018 to November 2018. Megan worked as a Project Manager at BAE Systems from December 2014 to December 2017. Additionally, Megan has experience in program analysis, having worked as a Program Analyst at McKean Defense from January 2013 to September 2013. Megan began their career in the US Navy, serving in various roles including Current Operations Officer from January 2011 to January 2013, Assistant Damage Control Assistant/Repair Officer from April 2009 to January 2011, and Combat Electronics (CE) Division Officer/Main Propulsion (MP) Division Officer from December 2006 to April 2009. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Megan Crossman completed their education at two prestigious institutions. Megan attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the United States Naval Academy, attending from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Technology & Operations as well as Leadership Change Management at New York University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019.
