R Keith Rowan

R Keith Rowan is an accomplished professional in real estate development and project management, currently serving as Deputy Director of Capital Programs at Alameda County, overseeing a budget of over $1 billion for various capital projects. With experience spanning multiple roles, Rowan has managed large-scale mixed-use developments, provided strategic consulting for urban redevelopment initiatives, and led multi-disciplinary teams in both domestic and international settings. Prior positions include Vice President of Development at The Platform and Project Manager at Hammes Company, among others, including significant experience at Ernst & Young in infrastructure advisory services. Rowan holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Northwestern University, a Master of Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BA in Art from Williams College.
