Nick Newell

Nick Newell has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Nick most recently worked at Astrobotic as a Deputy Program Manager starting in 2023. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Boeing, where they held various roles. From 2005 to 2023, they worked at Boeing in positions such as Design & Integration Engineering Manager, Structural & Mechanical Engineering Manager, and Senior Design & Integration Lead Engineer. Nick also had a temporary special assignment as a Supplier Resident Office Engineer, providing technical support to Lockheed Martin. Before joining Boeing, they worked at US Airways as an Airframe Engineer and also had a Co-Op position as an Aerospace Engineer.

Nick Newell attended Penn State University from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. In March 2013, they also obtained a certification in Stress Analysis & Structural Dynamics from UCLA Extension.
