Troy Arbuckle

Troy Arbuckle has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Troy joined Astrobotic in 2019 and currently holds the position of Principal Engineer. Prior to this, they worked at Astrobotic as the Lead Mechanical Engineer from August 2019 to July 2023. Before joining Astrobotic, Troy worked at Sarcos as a Mechanical Robotics Engineer from January 2017 to June 2019. Troy also worked at Parker Aerospace as an Electromechanical Design Engineer from July 2012 to November 2016. Additionally, Troy gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Utah Telerobotics Lab from August 2010 to September 2012, where they conducted research on human force precision using haptic feedback devices. Troy started their professional journey as an Application Engineer at Mixtec North America in June 2007, where they had various responsibilities including research and development, agitator design, and pricing. Troy'stenure at Mixtec ended in June 2012. Troy began their engineering career as a Student Engineer at WesTech Engineering from May 2006 to June 2007. Troy Arbuckle completed their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. From 2005 to 2010, they attended the University of Utah where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree. Subsequently, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Engineering degree from the same institution, studying from 2010 to 2012.
