Benoit Cosandier

Benoit Cosandier has held various roles in the technology industry since 2006. Benoit began their career as a System Software Engineer at EPFL in 2006. In 2007, they took on roles as Software Engineer at both EATOPS and ESA/ESTEC. From 2008 to 2021, Benoit worked at Swiss Timing Ltd, first as Sport Service & Business Manager Cycling / Equestrian / Gymnastics, then as Project Sport Manager Cycling, R&D Data Handling Manager Deputy, and Component Team Leader. During their time at Swiss Timing Ltd, they were responsible for team management, motivation, conflicts management, change management, training and coaching. Benoit also developed and maintained the internal Framework for Sport solutions and special projects, and was involved in C# / WPF solutions development and C++ Code review. In 2021, Benoit began working as Head of Ground Segment at Astrocast.

Benoit Cosandier has a Bachelor in Computer Science from HE-Arc Ingénierie, obtained in 2007. Benoit then went on to earn a Master in Computer Science from Université de Neuchâtel in 2010. In 2014, they obtained a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Management & Leadership from Centre Professionnel du Littoral Neuchâtelois (CPLN). In addition, they hold two certifications from the Scrum Alliance, a Certified Scrum Product Owner obtained in June 2014, and a Certified ScrumMaster obtained in May 2014.
