Lindiwe Ncongwane

Lindiwe Ncongwane has a range of experience in the field of Learning and Development. Lindiwe has held roles such as Head of Learning and Development at Astron Energy (Pty) Ltd., HR Manager: Learning and Development at Sun City Resort, Head of Learning at Chevron, and Learning & Development Manager at The Carousel Casino - Sun International. Lindiwe has also worked as a Senior Training Officer at Meropa Casino - Sun International and as a Senior Facilitator at Advanced Technical Training Institute (ATTI). Throughout their career, Lindiwe has been responsible for various tasks such as conducting skills audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, implementing training systems, facilitating training sessions, and preparing detailed reports.

Lindiwe Ncongwane has a diverse education history. Lindiwe holds a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Stellenbosch University, which they completed in 2022. In 2021, they earned a Certificate in Strategic Leadership for Women from the GIBS Business School. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Governance and Ethics from DigitalCampus. Additionally, they completed the UCT Leadership Programme in Organizational Leadership at the Center for Coaching in 2019. Lindiwe also has a degree in Business Management from Wits Digital Campus, completed in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Central University of Technology, Free State, in 2016. Lindiwe has additional qualifications, including a National Certificate in Project Management from the Prior Learning Centre in 2015 and a Diploma in OD ETDP from Maccauvlei Learning Academy in 2014. In 2011, they completed a Higher Certificate in OD ETDP from Maccauvlei Learning Academy. Their educational journey began with a Diploma in Information Technology from the National Institute of Information Technology, completed in 2004.
