Sixolile Dlamini

Sixolile Dlamini has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. They started their career in 2009 as a Process Engineer at Sasol Synfuels International (Pty) Ltd. In 2013, they joined Chevron and held various roles such as Process Design Engineer, Process Support Engineer, Operations Shift Team Lead, and Technical Operations Advisor. In 2018, Sixolile Dlamini joined Astron Energy (Pty) Ltd., where they have served as an Operations Specialist and later as a Program Management Officer. Currently, they hold the position of Reliability Lead and Delivery Support Lead at Astron Energy (Pty) Ltd.

Sixolile Dlamini's education history includes a certificate in Military and Strategic Leadership from GIBS Business School in 2021. In 2005 to 2008, Sixolile obtained an Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town. They also received a certificate in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Stellenbosch Business School in 2020, and a certificate in Organizational Leadership from the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town in 2017.
