Sherry Jones, PHR, has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Sherry is currently employed at Astronautics Corporation of America as the Human Resources Director since May 2021. Their role here includes administering HR programs, communicating policies and procedures to management, and aligning HR practices with the company's strategic goals.

Sherry's experience also includes roles as an Employee Relations Manager, Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Administrator, and Senior Compensation and Benefits Associate.
Throughout their career, Sherry has demonstrated their expertise in HR program implementation, employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. Sherry is well-versed in using HRIS systems and has experience in streamlining HR tasks. Sherry's work experience highlights their ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and align HR practices with organizational goals.
Sherry Jones, PHR, obtained their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Geography and English Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1980 to 1984. In addition to their formal education, Sherry has also earned certifications including the PHR - Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in October 2020, as well as the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI in the same month and year.
