Jessica Stephanie Jap has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and industries. Jessica co-founded ASTRO Indonesia in 2021 and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In 2023, they joined Endeavor Indonesia as an Endeavor Entrepreneur. Prior to that, they worked at Tokopedia starting in 2018. At Tokopedia, they held multiple roles including AVP - Category Development of FMCG & Long Tail Categories, CEO Office, AVP of Business - B2C (Official Store), and Head of Merchant Partnership. Before Tokopedia, Jessica worked at EF English First Indonesia as the Head of Sales from 2017 to 2018. Jessica'searly career was at Citi, where they held various positions including Wealth Management Sales & Advisory Head and Manager, Card Acquisition Program & Alternate Channel Manager, and Management Associate in the Global Consumer Bank.

Jessica Stephanie Jap completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at The University of Texas from 2004 to 2007. Jessica then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management at Dallas Baptist University from 2008 to 2009.
