Natasya Maengkom is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, people development, and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Head of People Culture & Development at ASTRO since September 2021, Natasya focuses on fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment. Previous roles include Head of People Partner, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding, as well as Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Lead, showcasing a strong background in strategic recruitment and employer branding. Natasya's career began at Blue Bird Group and continued at Sinar Mas Land, where roles encompassed employee relations and human capital communication. Natasya holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
