Caroline Baethge

Caroline Baethge is an experienced professional in organizational design and people analytics, currently serving as the Head of Organizational Design & People Analytics at Siemens Energy since December 2022. Prior to this role, Caroline held various positions at Capgemini Invent from September 2017 to December 2021, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transformation. Additionally, Caroline was the Head of HR at Party Rent Group from June 2015 to September 2017 and served as Laborleitung und wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Universität Passau from January 2011 to December 2015. Caroline holds a Master of Arts in International economics and business and a Doktor (Ph.D.) in Behavioral Economics, both from Universität Passau.
