Nela Purwani Septiyanti possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and operations planning, currently serving as the Lead Supply & Operation Planning at ASTRO since December 2024, where responsibilities include driving the S&OP process and overseeing supply planning activities. Prior to this, Nela was a Sales and Operations Planning Manager at AgriAku, focusing on developing effective forecasting models and risk assessment. Nela's experience also includes demand planning roles at Ula and managing demand and supply at Warung Pintar. Previous positions include Assistant Merchandising Manager at PT. Lotte Shopping Indonesia and Senior Staff at PT Lotte Mart Indonesia, with an educational background in Food Science and Technology from the University of Brawijaya.
