Maksymilian Gawin

Maksymilian Gawin has extensive experience in the space industry, currently serving as Deputy Director for Business Development and Project Manager at Astronika sp. z o.o. since February 2018. In this role, Maksymilian oversees project management, focusing on cost, schedule, and requirements management while leading a team of engineers. Previously, Maksymilian was a member and team leader of the Deployment Mechanisms team at Studenckie Koło Astronautyczne from October 2014 to February 2021, contributing to the design and testing of the 2nd Polish student satellite. Additionally, Maksymilian worked as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at SENER from October 2016 to October 2017 and as a Junior Operations Specialist at Elavon Financial Services Ltd from July 2016 to October 2016. Maksymilian holds a degree from Warsaw University of Technology, completed in 2018.
