Joe Costigan

Joe Costigan is a seasoned sales professional with a robust background in enterprise sales management. Currently serving as the Regional Director for East Enterprise Sales at Astronomer, Joe leads the team responsible for the Eastern half of North America, Canada, and EMEA, focusing on go-to-market strategies and revenue generation. Previously, Joe held the position of Regional Director for Northeast Enterprise Sales at MongoDB, where responsibilities included team management, account partnership development, and sales forecasting. Joe's earlier experience at Red Hat spanned multiple roles, culminating in senior management where substantial sales revenue growth and strategic account management were achieved.
