Karen Bauer

Karen Bauer is an experienced product management professional currently serving as Head of Product at AstroPay since June 2021. Prior to this role, Karen spent over five years at Rootstrap, where responsibilities included Senior Product Owner and Product Owner, focusing on product discovery, client communication, and project planning. Additional experience includes working as a Scrum Master and Software Developer, with a background in Ruby on Rails and C#. Earlier career activities involved serving as an Active Educator and Professor in physics. Karen holds a degree from Universidad ORT Uruguay and participated in a semester exchange program at Université Laval.
