Raj Das

Raj Das is an experienced product professional currently working at Bardeen since May 2025, with a significant previous tenure at Brex from March 2018 to May 2025. At Brex, Raj built robust money movement products and software billing systems, driving high-margin revenue by establishing a sales-led pipeline. As Head of Analytics and Data Products, Raj expanded the analytics organization from 4 to 35 team members, implementing a transaction categorization system and fostering data-driven decision-making throughout the company. Additionally, Raj held interim leadership in the data organization, enhancing data science, data platforms, and analytics efforts. Prior to Brex, Raj served as a Data Scientist at PlanGrid and was involved in a notable particle physics research project at Colorado State University, culminating in a Ph.D. in High Energy Particle Physics. Raj holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics from Dartmouth College.
