Brett Silcox

Brett Silcox is a seasoned professional in government relations and advocacy within the aerospace and space exploration sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Government Relations at Astroscale since June 2022. Previously, Brett held director-level positions at BWX Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities included advocacy for key defense and space organizations, and at NASA, where Brett managed external outreach and legislative affairs, contributing to significant operational transitions and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Brett's experience also encompasses leadership roles at the National Space Society, overseeing operations and fundraising efforts, as well as engagement with the Space Exploration Alliance. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies from Kent State University.
