Steph Hector

Steph Hector serves as the Founding Head of Talent and Executive Recruitment Advisor at Astrus, an innovative company focused on automating analog layout for microchip design with backing from notable investors including Khosla Ventures. Additionally, Steph functions as an Angel Investor and Advisor for early-stage startups while teaching Career Development at Conestoga College. Previous roles include Executive Recruiter at Artemis Canada Inc., where support was provided to technology companies in building executive teams, and extensive experience in event planning across multiple organizations, including D2L and Elite Events by Design. Steph also held project management and coordination roles at Research In Motion and office management responsibilities at Waterloo Region District School Board. Educational credentials consist of a Business degree from Conestoga College and an MBA Essentials certification from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
