Joe Finlinson is CTO of Astute Business Solutions, an Oracle Gold Partner focused on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Services, Chatbots and more. With 17 years of service with Intermountain Healthcare, Joe led the technical teams supporting business applications for the past 8 years. He is a collaborative, and challenge-driven technology executive with experience in strategic planning, coordination, and execution of business technologies across all organizational levels. Joe has a deep background in technology and business systems, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, and a master’s degree in computer information systems. He is comfortable and competent at any stage and level of a project, is ITIL certified, and holds the Computer Information Systems Security Professional certification (CISSP), providing him with a solid framework for the provisioning of IT Services and Cybersecurity.
