Steven Nicoll is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Projects & Operations at Astute Electronics Ltd since April 2023, Steven has previously held the position of CEO at House of Concrete East Africa Ltd, where significant revenue growth and market penetration in government infrastructure projects were achieved. Additional experience includes key roles at Balton Uganda and Balton Tanzania Limited, where successful implementation of communication solutions and strategic expansion of product offerings were notable achievements. Earlier career experience at International SOS involved managing ICT infrastructure and business applications throughout Southern Africa.
