James Hirchak

James Hirchak is the President and Co-Founder of Astute since January 2019, focusing on brand preservation strategies. Prior to this role, James held multiple positions at Dover Corporation from November 2011 to November 2019, including Director of Corporate Development, where responsibilities included overseeing global M&A and strategic initiatives within this Fortune 500 company. James completed 14 transactions worth over $1 billion during this tenure. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate in Economic and Valuation Services at KPMG and an intern at PwC. James holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Business with double majors in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Miami University.
